S. Vilarrasa SA has 20 fully automatic production lines : a bale opening system and the latest mixing technology which allows us to obtain a raw material perfectly homogeneous. The card and rotor spinning machine regulation controls ensure the maximum regularity on produced yarn.

The Open end spinning system yields high quality products manufactured with different raw material types (cotton, polyester, acrylic, viscose, linen...) to adapt to our customers requests.

The latest technology on the machinery allows us to produce yarn counts which vary from Nm=1-40, from 1 to 10 fold, suitable for a wide range of applications.

S.Vilarrasa final products have been analysed following the requirement established by the certificate Oeko-tex Standard 100 , which guarantees the absence of substances hazardous to health.

ISO 9001 certificate guarantees the quality of our procedures as well as the use of the most modern production techniques at all company levels.

In our laboratory all quality controls are done to guarantee that S.Vilarrasas´ products achieve the international standards. Colour yarn fading, raw material analysis, yarn strength and torsion, waxing and other trials are done to ensure customer satisfaction.
